WORKFLOWLAB / SINGAPORE / LET’S TALK

Bring the work.
Map the check.

WorkflowLab is a Singapore-based studio led by Phua Kuan Yu. We build AI-assisted document and knowledge workflows that keep source evidence and human review in reach.

Our current focus is invoice, delivery-order and purchase-order matching for manufacturers in Singapore and Malaysia.

FROM TODAY’S CHECKTO A CLEAR NEXT STEP
  1. 01 / DESCRIBEWhere does the
    checking get stuck?

Documents. Systems. The person who owns the decision.

  2. 02 / INSPECTKeep the source
    beside the question.

Find the gap. Define what needs a person.

  3. 03 / DECIDEA baseline.
    A bounded next move.

Use the diagnostic to decide whether a pilot is worth building.

Start with a short description of the recurring task and who checks the result.

Name the task.
Show where it slows.

Tell Kuan which task repeats, who owns it, what files or systems it uses and what the team still checks by hand. Describe the delay or rework you want to reduce.

A short workflow description is enough for the first conversation. Keep confidential records and credentials out of the initial email.

Answers before
the first conversation.

What does WorkflowLab do?

WorkflowLab builds reviewable AI workflows around documents, source files and business rules. The team can inspect evidence, correct a draft and decide what happens next.

Who is the current matching work for?

Manufacturers in Singapore and Malaysia that check invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders and goods-receipt records. Matchdesk is a local prototype; fit and accuracy on your documents still need evaluation.

What other work can I explore?

Proposal preparation, source-linked Slack knowledge, declaration drafts, bank transaction review and purchase-order checks. Each story states its current status and review boundary.

A source.
A check.
A person who decides.
